Abstract
Formulationoftheproblem.Oneofthewaysofincreasingqualityofhighermedicalandpharmaceuticaleducationistopreparetheteachertoinnovational activity.
Themethodologicalbasisofthestudyweretheoreticalmethods, such as induction, deduction, analysis, etc. and empiricalmethods, such as survey andquestionnaire.
Theaim of study - to determinethe positionofinnovationintrainingoffuturespecialistsofmedicalandpharmaceuticalprofileinhighereducationalinstitutionsofUkraine.
Results.The analysisofinformationalsourcesandscientificliterature andthe resultsofsurvey andquestioningteachersallow to statethatinnovationinhigherprofessionaleducationsignificantlyinfluencethequalityofpreparation of futurespecialistsforthemedicalandpharmaceuticalindustry.
Conclusionsandrecommendations. Implementationofinnovationsis basedonawarenessoftheimportanceand on acquiringmoderneducationaltechnologiesandteachingmethods, includingdesigntechnology, case-technology, informationandcommunicationtechnologiesetc. bytheteachers. It is determinedthatthisimplementationsignificantlyinfluencesthequalityofeducationalachievements, activates cognitiveactivity,determinestheformationofprofessionalcompetenceofstudents.
