This research aims to explore the technical, skills and creative roles of art education to raising the students' awareness of crafts industries in Oman. It is also intends to discover materials and techniques which help to make wide applications in the field. Moreover this research supposes to show the historical aspects of these techniques and their use in both aesthetic and functional (industrials) purposes. In brief, this paper plans to proof the importance of students awareness of  art education through their treatments of materials and converting their pure ideas to be implemented in real life.
