ABSTRACT

The aim of this study vocational education and training, Firat University Technical sciences arrows example selected two-year vocational program for the second grade students in the training of the machine, is the identification of problems arising in Instructor. Second year students selected as a sample program to the machine base machine approach to solving the problems will be examined. Identified students will examine the role of the lecturer in failure.
