Abstract
The modern conditions of training and education are connected to intensive development of information technologies. Computers, pads, smartphones and other electronic gadgets became attribute of educational process. Students use social networks and the Internet for obtaining necessary educational information since "the global web" is storage of huge data volume. At the same time, the teacher, unlike the Internet, doesn't own such number of data. These restrictions are connected to specific features of the teacher. Its memory size, attention volume, thought processes lose to high-speed performance of the electronic machine. As a result, the authority of the teacher decreases, and the authority of the computer equipment sharply increases.Change of disruptiveness of educational processes is possible thanks to increase in the authority of the teacher. Back coupling, pedagogical communication will be recovered when the teacher and students learn the effective interpersonal meta-relations. As a result they will be able to realize the creative potential, and also to understand the inner world and inner world of other person.
