Abstract


This research aims to offer guidance to perform grading of the Open University. By researching the concept of determining the grade and interviews with professors from the University. The research found that the traditional grading for three level. Reducing sources of error in estimating the grade of the student. The criteria for grading the eighth level is featured in the issue in accordance with the grading system of the general university. Students who are able to have a fairly high level and motivation to learn. The results of the focus groups and resolutions of the council concluded that the use of the grading system in addition to considering the adoption of general university, consider the principles of measurement and evaluation and appropriateness to the theme of education of universities. The results reflect involved concluded that if there are changes to the grading system. Stake holders will need the cooperation of many partied and there should be a system simulation and test prior to the anouncement.
