Abstract


This article emphasizes the importance of knowledge as an anthropological and prudential configurator Ethos staff for decision-taking, within the school – government - committees. From a qualitative research, using descriptive methodology, which, conceptualization and characterization of knowledge Prudential is done, guidelines for a proposed training for the Student government – committees, representatives are established. It is concluded that setting Ethos staff on students, promotes educational purpose, consolidated from virtuoso exercise reasonable knowledge. As a recommendation shaping the seedbed leadership of Student Council, felt need for the twenty-first century, in the training of people capable of discernment is established as a space for reflection on the importance of decision taking, based on learning to know reality and knowing prosecute, driven by transcendent motives, projected to good governance and common to build institutional and social consistency well.
