Abstract
Natural education has a long history, its value is widely appreciated. Great thinkers discussed and elaborated Nature Education from different perspectives in history such as Aristotle, Comenius , Vico, Rousseau ,Pestalozzi, Froebel, Kant, Montessori and so on. Anyway, Nature Education is both internal and exterior. At present, China attaches great importance to the nature education of preschool education, Many kindergartens emphasize the natural education ,even a mountain of kindergartens name themselves as natural kindergartens. However , many kindergartens only emphasize the natural outdoor environment , and do not pay attention to children's inner spiritual needs , thus that kind of nature education don't belong to the nature of education actually. In order to know the present situation of implementing nature education thoroughly; the research approaches in this thesis include literature, questionnaire surveymethod, case law, action research method. It selected 173 kindergartens to have questionnaires and interviews, in 15 provinces and 2 municipalities such as Beijing,Shandong, Henan and Guizhou in China, included urban and rural, public and private. The analysis from Spss 22.0 showed that: The kindergarten teachers have significant differences in the concept and practice of nature education: the different regions, the nature of the kindergarten, the teaching experience of kindergarten teachers, teachers' qualification, degree, labor relations between the teachers and the kindergartens, monthly income, the rank of kindergarten. The teachers do not exist significant differences in preschool education major, different ethnic groups. In a word, Those factors are proportional to the concept and implement of natural education: Urban public kindergartens , long teaching school ages ,getting teacher certification, highly educated, having a career preparation, high monthly income, the high kindergarten level .
Therefore, the government should intensify efforts to make natural education implement widely and deeply in the following aspects in the future:
- 1,The government should increase investment to improve the treatment of early childhood teachers, especially the rural teachers;
- 2, To increase the utilities staffing quota of preschool teachers so that the preschool teachers can hold on the job steadily;
- 3, To increase the special project teacher training of natural education for preschool teachers, especially for the rural teachers, which can make the concept of natural education root in the hearts of the teachers deeply.
