Cancer is one of the hardest diseases to cure. However, it is preventable with early diagnosis. By classifying the information about cancerous genes, the study reveals the possibility whether a gene is cancerous or not. With Microarray method, classification algorithms such as K-NN, Decision trees and Random forest have been used on 8 cancerous and non-cancerous patient data. The study aims to define varied featrures with the classification on cell data, it is aimed to define the features such as accuracy and susceptibility of this classification according to each cancer type.For this study, it has been studied on 8 different cancer types.
