If your presentation is not available in the draft programme, or you may withdraw your paper, please send the name of your article and its authors'names and ID number to cyicer.programme@gmail.com until 17 March 2015, 24:00 GMT+2. Your paper will take or out place in the programme in a short time.
Poster or Virtual Presentation
If you want to make POSTER or VIRTUAL PRESENTATION, please send us an email cyicer.programme@gmail.com about your presentation type until 17 March 2015. Thus, we can organize the presentations. There will be an online presentation rehearsal taking place On 18 March 2015 2015 at 14:00 (GMT+2)- 16:00 (GMT+2)
Full Paper Submission
The full paper deadline will be extended 31 March 2015 and the Camera-ready submission for Elsevier at 30 April 2015. This mean you should participate the conference and present your full paper at the conference (oral or virtual) and after the criticism during the conference you will have chance to make your last changes in the last version of your full paper and submit again until March 31, 2015.
If you have not submitted your paper until now, please send us an email notification for added your paper title and last version abstract for add to programme until 17 March 2015.
In addition, the proceedings of the conference will be published by Procedia Social and Behavioral Sciences Journal (Elsevier) (ISSN: 18770428) and will be indexed Science Direct, Scopus and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
Best Poster Award and Paper Poster Size:
The poster size is A0, equals 118 cm height x 84 cm length, or smaller. Please choose upright format and keep in mind that the font sizes should be big enough to allow your poster to be read from some distance. We suggest using a font size of 22 – 24 pt for texts and 60 – 70 pt for headings. You are kindly asked to bring your poster fully assembled and printed. The conference will offer the Best Poster Award to the three best posters. Please read the guidelines below carefully; http://www.awer-center.org/cyicer/awards.htm
Session Chairman
If you want to be a Session Hall Chair in CYICER-2015, please send an email to cyicer.programme@gmail.com till 17 March 2015, 24:00 GMT+2. Conference Chairmen get certificates for this duty. Applicants must have at least PhD degree and speak English well.
Transfers
Lefkosa (Ercan) Airport to Kyrenia (Girne) Transportation Option 1: KIBHAS Transportaion Services is serving transfers from Lefkosa (Ercan) Airport to Girne (Kyrenia). The fee is approximately 10 Turkish liras (5 Euro). After you get off from the bus at the Center of Kyrenia you could take Minibuses to Ada Hotel, every 15 minutes for 3.5 Turkish Liras (1.5 Euro). If you let know your minibus driver your hotels’ name you will be able to get off just front of Ada Hotel. Option 2: Usually In Cyprus the transportation is provided by taxis. The taximeter application is made in taxis. If you would like to, you could go to Kyrenia by KIBHAS and then you could take a taxi. If you are one person it costs about 15 €, however if you are crowded (4 person) you could share this amount. Option 3: If you would like to, you can go to your Hotel (Girne) from Lefkosa (Ercan) Airport by taxi. If you are one person it costs about 40 €, however if you are more than one person you can share this amount. If you are 4 persons we suggest you to go by taxi. Option 4: There are various types of cars that you could hire for cheap prices. You could hire a car and provide your transportation yourself. |
Bank Statements
On your arrival to the conference please do not forget to bring along with you your BANK STATEMENTS to show proof of your payments in order to be able to receive a receipt and not experience any inconveniences.
