Abstract
This study aims at clarifying the psychological care directed towards addicted teenagers on social networking. In fact, this type of addiction is as dangerous as opium or any other type of drugs since it causes dependency and subordination. This study is based on the clinical method for a case study of clinical meeting and a behavioral program to support addicted teenagers on social networking websites. A purposive non-probability sample was chosen, where the researcher intentionally selects a sample that meets certain criteria and believes that this sample represents the population well. Hence, three high school respondents were chosen, and they are addicted to facebook. The researcher selects the respondents whose characteristics are similar or comparable to the population. Two important tools are used in to analyze data in this research. The first is the clinical interview, a dynamic relationship between two or more parties, where one is the psychological counselor and the other is the counselee seeking honest assistance within a successful human relationship. A special notebook was used for each case, which includes all stages of the therapeutic process, the results of each stage, and the subjects' impressions of each stage. The most important aspect included is the therapeutic contract. The results of this study indicated the importance of behavioral treatment on decreasing social networking treatment. The efficacy of behavioral therapy is showcased in mitigating social media addiction, underscoring that learned behaviors can be unlearned and replaced with healthier habits for improved well-being.
