Abstract

Mobbing considered as a psychological repression by colleagues or superiors to indivudals in a sistematic and repeated manners. Mobbing process is explained, demografic characteristics of victicms and psychological and physiological effects on the individuals are explored. The study is research on mobbing theses related to PhD and Master theses who written in Turkey. The study is content analysis research in the field of mobbing in workplace. This study aims to explore the progress and the trend of researches in the field of mobbing. The present of study focuses on PhD and master theses about mobbing methodology was used for documentary screening. The YÖK databases used for theses about the subject of mobbing.  The purpose of the study those found theses examined on the issue of contents were commonly researched, commonly used methodologies, sample groups, analysis technic,  which university, publication year, which faculty, numbers of PhD and Master theses were the content analysis criteria.
