Abstract
What happens when the teachers of Sociology, English and Portuguese in a Brazilian high school discover that they are aligned with the idea of students as authors and protagonists of their learning process, emphasizing its collective and collaborative aspects?
What happens when high school students experience different ways of reading the world, developing their critical thinking? What happens when a favorable environment is created in order to know, remember or discover one’s “ahead-of-the-curve-nes”?
What happens when a person dedicates his complete attention taking him or her to the Csíkszentmihályl Flow state?
