ABSTRACT
Environment education is one of the most important steps used to solve environmental problems. In this research, the effects of environment education applications prepared for primary education students on these student’ knowledge and attitudes towards the environment are the main focus of the study. While conducting the research, pretest-posttest control group design, one of the quantitative research design, is used data collection, analysis and interpretation. İn the research, conducted with the contributions of science and technology teacher candidates the aim was to determine the change in the knowledge and the attitudes of 4th, 5th and 6th grade students, who make up both the experimental and control groups, towards the environment. At the and of the research, it was concluded that there was a statistically meaningful.
