Abstract
The rapid advancement of Indonesia's 5.0 Technology Revolution poses both challenges and opportunities for the educational prospects of Generation Z and Alpha. This paper explores the potential impacts of these technological changes on the learning environment, student engagement, and educational outcomes. The study seeks to understand how Indonesia's education system is adapting to this revolution and how it can better prepare students for the future. Using a qualitative approach, data were gathered through interviews with educators, policymakers, and students, as well as an analysis of existing educational frameworks. Findings suggest that while technological integration has the potential to enhance learning experiences, significant gaps remain in digital infrastructure, teacher preparedness, and equitable access to resources. The paper concludes by recommending targeted policy interventions and teacher training programs to address these disparities and ensure that all students can benefit from the opportunities offered by the 5.0 Technology Revolution.
